Employees need time off. Sometimes for medical reasons. This raises a myriad of questions for employers and HR professionals. Is the employee even eligible for FMLA? Is my company even required to provide FMLA to employees? All employees? How long do the employees get to take off? Do I need to accommodate them with different job duties? And so on.
